LYON overturned a one-game deficit to beat MIBR.LOS 2-1 in their best-of-three Swiss stage series at Worlds on October 31, winning the final two games after MIBR.LOS took the opener.
Game 1 went to MIBR.LOS on red side in 35:06. They outkilled LYON only 11-8, but the structure and objective numbers were one-sided: 8 towers to 1, both barons, three dragons to two, and a gold lead of nearly 7,900. Duduhh's Kai'Sa anchored the win at 4/1/2 with 403 CS and a game-high 18,525 gold.
Game 2 was the marathon of the series at 47:06, and it was razor close throughout the box score. Kills finished level at 9-9, dragons split 4-4, and MIBR.LOS actually ended with more gold (88,244 to 85,167) and two barons to LYON's one. LYON still closed it out, taking 10 towers to 7. Feisty's LeBlanc (34,681 damage) and Duduhh's Caitlyn (34,177) put up huge numbers for MIBR.LOS, but Berserker's Yunara matched them with 32,953 damage, a 6/2/1 line and a massive 530 CS.
Game 3 was LYON's most convincing showing. On blue side they won 17-7 on kills in 36:42, held a gold edge of about 4,300 and led towers 9-6, despite MIBR.LOS securing the lone baron. Berserker dominated on Lucian with 8/3/6, 43,256 damage and 82% kill participation, while Saint's Taliyah added 28,587 damage.
Berserker was the clear standout of the series, finishing with 16 kills and nearly 96,000 total damage across three games. Isles delivered a spotless Game 3 on Milio at 0/0/15 with 88% kill participation, and Inspired's deathless Nocturne (2/0/10) alongside Dhokla's deathless K'Sante (3/0/7) rounded out a clean closing performance. For MIBR.LOS, Duduhh was consistently productive, posting a 10/8/6 aggregate line and leading his side in gold in all three games.
