HANJIN BRION have the series. BRO beat KIWOOM DRX 2–1 in Week 12 of the LCK on August 16, and the deciding game was not close: they won it 22 kills to 5.

Before that, the series was a lot tighter. The opener ran past 38 minutes, and BRO took it with less than a 2,100-gold edge, with each side taking one baron. The difference showed most in the bot lane and the jungle. Teddy's Caitlyn went 7/2/5, while GIDEON's Jarvan IV had a hand in 78 percent of BRO's kills and died only once.

KRX's near-shutout

KRX's answer in game two was about as clean as it gets. They held BRO to two kills, both from Roamer's Akali, which left the other four BRO players without a single kill participation between them. KRX took all three dragons and the baron and closed it out in under half an hour. Ucal's Viktor led everyone with 31,069 damage without dying once. Frog and Willer also finished the game deathless.

Roamer and Teddy settle it

That one-sided game didn't carry over into the third. BRO took nine towers to KRX's one and finished more than 15,000 gold ahead, a far bigger margin than either of the first two games. Roamer played Aurora and went 6/0/13 without dying. Teddy added 7/1/9 on Kai'Sa with the highest damage in the game, and Namgung's Neeko picked up 14 assists.

Over the series, Teddy was arguably BRO's most consistent threat. He topped his team's damage chart in two of the three games and died six times in total. Roamer had a quieter opener but finished with the strongest individual line in the decider.

For KRX, the result raises more questions than it answers. Game two showed what this roster can do when Ucal and Aiming have room to deal damage, but in the third game they had almost nothing to show for it. Andil had a rough series on support, dying 13 times across the three games. KRX will need to find the version of themselves from that middle game more often. BRO, meanwhile, leave Week 12 with a series win and two carries who both looked in form by the end.
